Meniscus disorder is a knee condition involving torn cartilage. UCSF is conducting trials to understand the effects of blood flow restriction during post-surgery recovery. This research investigates whether controlled exercise leads to better recovery outcomes.

    The purpose of this study is to evaluate post-operative outcomes after meniscus surgery in participants undergoing blood flow restriction training as a rehabilitative adjunct compared to those with standard rehabilitation.
